Return Policy
We take pride in our custom-made products. Due to their personalized nature, returns are limited and managed fairly.
Items Not Eligible for Return:
- Customized or made-to-order items (size, fabric, color, style).
- Assembled or disassembled items after delivery.
- Used mattresses, bedding, or linens.
- Installed or altered products after delivery.
- Items not in original, unused condition with complete packaging.
Return Eligibility & Process:
- Manufacturing defects are inspected by our technical team.
- Delivery damage must be reported within 24 hours with clear photo or video evidence.
Refund Policy
All purchases are final. Refunds are subject to management approval.
Approved Refunds:
- Processed within 14 business days, minus any applicable fees.
- Refunds will be made to the original payment method (bank, card, gateway, or EPP).
- Carefully review orders before placing, as custom products limit cancellations or refunds.
Order Cancellation
- Orders can be canceled within 24 hours via official channels.
- Card/gateway/EPP payments: 5% non-refundable processing fee.
- Cash/bank transfers: Full refund, no deduction.
- After production begins: Cancellation is not possible.
Important: Custom-made products are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund under any circumstances.
